Prof Cameron Hepburn
Cameron Hepburn is the Battcock Professor of Environmental Economics at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford. Cameron serves in non-executive roles including:Chair, Aurora Energy Research, a leading energy modelling company; Director, Vivid Economics, a leading economics consultancy; External Advisory Board Member, Royal Dutch Shell plc; Advisory Panel, Sarasin & Partners LLP Climate Active Fund
Cameron is an investor in social enterprises including Purpose and Apolitical, and co-founded Climate Bridge, Vivid Economics and Aurora Energy Research. He actively invests in early-stage businesses.

Andy King
Andy is a Specialist Partner at the advisory firm Flint Global and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics’ Grantham Research Institute, where he specialises on the fiscal implications of climate change and net zero. He led a recent Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action workstream on these questions.
Andy’s background is with the UK government. He spent 10 years at the Office for Budget Responsibility, first as Chief of Staff and then as fiscal lead on the executive committee, in that time chairing the Climate Group of the OECD’s network of fiscal councils. Prior to that, Andy held a variety of senior macroeconomic and fiscal policy roles at the UK Treasury. He also acts as a technical advisor to the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department.

Dr. Alissa M. Kleinnijenhuis
Alissa M. Kleinnijenhuis is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at Cornell University, a non-resident fellow at Bruegel, and a RPN member of Sustainable Finance at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). Kleinnijenhuis advises governments, central banks, corporations, think tanks, and international institutions, including the European Central Bank, the Bank of England, the International Monetary Fund, the African Development Bank, and Fidelity Investments.
Alissa is the founding editor of the “Handbook of Financial Stress Testing”, which features contributions by leading scholars, public sector officials, and practitioners on the topic of stress testing, and includes a preface by Timothy Geithner and endorsements by Ben Bernanke and Christine Lagarde.

David Carlin
David Carlin is an acknowledged authority on climate change and its implications for the financial system. He is the founder of D. A. Carlin and Company, an advisor to governments, corporates, and financial institutions on climate and ESG topics. He has authored numerous reports that provide practical tools for financial actors looking to address climate change and has run capacity-building programs for financial institutions and supervisors around the world.
David was the Head of Risk at UN Environment Programme- Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), where he founded the Risk Centre, a research institute where financial sector actors can explore practical solutions to climate and environmental risks. Over the past years, he has worked with over 100 global banks, investors, and insurers on climate scenarios, climate risk assessments, and climate governance.
